Participation in this competition is on a voluntary basis

Applicants must be 18 years of age or above.

Applicants must submit a duly completed application form to qualify for the competition.

All completed applications are to be submitted via the microsite on or before 30th October 2021.

Only Sri Lankan citizens are permitted to apply.

Applications can be submitted by individuals or small groups of entrepreneurs.

If applying in a small group, all members of the group must meet the eligibility criteria and not submit separate applications.

Applicants applying in small groups shall appoint one individual as the Group Leader and presenter of the application.

The composition of the group / presenter shall not change in the course of the competition.

If a winning entry is submitted by a small group, the prize will be handed over to the individual identified as the “Group Leader” in the application form.

The competition shall commence from 11th October 2021 and shall end on 18th November 2021.

There is no entry fee ato enter this competition.

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Any information, ideas, notes, analysis, documentation submitted by applicants to Uber for the purpose of this competition shall be original in ideation and content and shall not infringe any intellectual property rights of any third party. Uber does not take any responsibility for any information, ideas, notes, analysis, documentation submitted by the applicants.

All information submitted to Uber in the course of this challenge is done by the applicant voluntarily.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition or the terms of the competition at any time without prior notice.

The decision of the panel of judges regarding the winners shall be final and binding.

Uber will not bear responsibility for any taxes or dues to be paid on the prizes by the winner of the competition.

Winners of the competition agree to take part in and cooperate fully with reasonable publicity and to the use of their name, photograph and any comments in such publicity without any fee being payable.

Uber continues to function in its role as an intermediary without expanding the scope of its activities.

Uber is in no way a merchant for the goods / prizes distributed for such challenges.

The terms and conditions of this competition shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
